Kentastic UK account help
The fields on the sign up form, the checks made under UK law and every way to reach the support team.
Opening a Kentastic account

Tap Join in the top bar and the sign up screen opens on the Register tab, with Log in beside it. The form fits on one screen and has four fields.
- Email address, with [email protected] shown as the pattern.
- Create password; the eye icon beside the field reveals the characters.
- Date of birth, entered as day, month and year.
- Postcode, since accounts are for UK residents.
Two boxes follow. The first confirms that you are 18 or over and accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy, and it must be ticked. The second, for bonuses and offers by email and SMS, is optional and starts empty.
The gold Create Account button finishes the form. The line beneath it reads Deposit £10 to unlock 100% up to £500 + 100 free spins.
Age and ID checks
The foot of the sign up form states that age and ID are verified under UK law and that Kentastic is registered with GamStop. Your date of birth and postcode from the form are the details used for those checks, and the Popular questions list in the help centre explains how to verify an account.
A player registered with GamStop cannot open a Kentastic account for the length of that exclusion. Verified status also matters for payouts, since the 1 to 3 hour debit card time starts only once your account is verified.
The help centre

The help centre sits under Account in the bottom bar. A Search for help field at the top finds answers by keyword, and three contact cards sit under it.
| Channel | Detail |
|---|---|
| Live chat | Online, reply in about 1 minute |
| [email protected] | |
| Phone | Freephone 0800 number shown on the card |
Popular questions opens as an accordion. The first answer covers payouts: debit card withdrawals land in 1 to 3 hours once your account is verified, PayPal is usually instant, and Kentastic never charges a fee. The other three cover account verification, setting a deposit limit and declined cards.
A green Safer gambling tools panel closes the page with the fox mascot. It lists deposit limits, reality checks, time out and self exclusion, all found in your account.
When a card is declined
Why was my card declined is one of the four popular questions in the help centre. The first thing to check is the card type: the cashier refuses credit cards by law, so only a debit card goes through. Your own deposit limit can also stop a payment once the cap for the day, week or month is reached. For anything else, the live chat team can look up the failed payment.
