What the home screen shows

Kentastic UK home screen on a phone with a New Player Offer banner of 100% up to 500 pounds plus 100 free spins, a Claim Offer button, category tiles for Slots, Live, Jackpots, Table, Sports and Racing, and a Popular in the UK grid

The top bar holds the menu key, the Kentastic fox logo, a GB flag and two buttons: Log in in dark grey and Join in orange. Below it sits a banner marked New Player Offer. It reads 100% up to £500 + 100 free spins, with a Claim Offer button and a small line of terms: minimum deposit £10, 35x wagering, full terms apply, 18+.

Under the banner are six round category keys. Slots, Live, Jackpots and Table lead into the casino, while Sports and Racing open the sportsbook on the right tab. One tap is enough to move between the two halves of the site, and the same wallet pays for both.

The section headed Popular in the UK shows four large tiles. Each tile carries the game name, a tag, the RTP and a pound amount. Gold Rush Reels is tagged Hot, Big Ben Megaways carries the Megaways label and Dragon Vault is marked Jackpot. A See All link opens the full list.

At the foot of every screen a thin strip shows the 18+ badge with links to BeGambleAware.org and GamStop. Below that, the bottom bar has five keys: Home, Casino, a gold plus button for deposits, Offers and Account.

Inside the Casino tab

Kentastic Casino tab on a phone with a 248.60 pound balance, a Search 4,800+ games field, filter chips for All, Megaways, Jackpots, Live and New, a Continue playing row and Slots tiles for Big Ben Megaways, Crown and Anchor, Pharaoh's Riches, Mega Wheel Live, Tiger's Fortune and Seaside Spins

The Casino key in the bottom bar opens the full games list. Your balance sits next to a gold Deposit button at the top, as in the example screen with £248.60. Under that is a field that reads Search 4,800+ games.

Five filter chips run across the screen: All, Megaways, Jackpots, Live and New. A Continue playing row keeps your recent games one tap away, so you can go back to a slot without searching for it again.

The slots list shows 1,942 games and can be sorted A to Z. Tiles come two to a row with a coloured background, a tag in the corner, the RTP in green and a pound amount in gold. Live games show the word Live in place of an amount.

Crown & Anchor is the newest title in the grid and takes its name from the traditional British dice game. Tiger's Fortune carries the Jackpot tag and shows £41,006, the largest amount in this part of the list.

What the RTP figure means for a £100 stake

RTP, or return to player, is the share of all stakes a game pays back over a very large number of rounds. Kentastic prints it on every tile, which makes it easy to compare games before you open one. The other side of the figure is the house edge: 100% minus the RTP.

Average return and house edge per £100 staked
GameRTPAverage returnHouse edge
Mega Wheel Live97.3%£97.30£2.70
Big Ben Megaways96.5%£96.50£3.50

Crown & Anchor96.0%£96.00£4.00
Dragon Vault95.9%£95.90£4.10
Pharaoh's Riches95.7%£95.70£4.30

The spread between the highest and lowest figure on screen is 1.6 points. On £1,000 of total stakes that is a difference of £16 in average return between Mega Wheel Live and Pharaoh's Riches.

RTP is a long run average, not a promise for one session. A single evening on any of these games can end well above or well below the figure. Jackpot slots such as Dragon Vault and Tiger's Fortune set aside part of each stake for the prize, so a large share of their return arrives in rare big wins.

64 studios behind 4,812 games

Kentastic Game providers page on a phone reading 64 studios and 4,812 games available in the UK, with a Find a provider field, an A to L index and rows for Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Hacksaw Gaming with game counts

The Game providers page opens with the line 64 studios, 4,812 games available in the UK. A Find a provider field sits under the title, followed by an alphabet index from A to L that jumps down the list.

Each studio has its own row with a two letter badge, the studio name, the kind of games it makes and a count in gold. Tap a row and the casino shows only that studio's games.

These eight studios supply 2,398 games between them, just under half of the 4,812 on offer. Pragmatic Play is the largest single source at 688 titles, about one game in seven. The remaining 56 studios cover the other 2,414 games.

Big Time Gaming is the studio that created the Megaways mechanic, where the number of symbols on each reel changes with every spin. That is why the Casino tab has its own Megaways filter. Red Tiger is listed under daily jackpots, which are prizes that must drop before a set time each day.

Megaways slots and the Big Ben title

Megaways has its own chip in the Casino tab because it is one of the most played slot formats in Britain. Big Time Gaming, the studio behind the mechanic, has 96 games in the catalogue, and other studios license the format for their own titles.

On a Megaways slot each reel shows a different number of symbols on every spin, so the count of ways to win changes from one spin to the next. A cascade feature usually clears winning symbols and drops new ones into place, which can chain several wins from a single stake.

Big Ben Megaways is the title Kentastic uses most across the site. It appears in Popular in the UK, it leads the slots grid, and it is the game for the 50 spins in Free spins Friday. With a 96.5% RTP it also has the best return of any slot shown in the lobby.

Jackpot slots and daily drops

The Jackpots key on the home screen and the Jackpots chip in the Casino tab open the same list. Two jackpot games feature in the lobby, each showing its current prize on the tile.

Jackpot tiles in the Kentastic lobby
GameRTPPrize on the tile
Tiger's Fortune96.3%£41,006
Dragon Vault95.9%£9,430

Together the two prizes shown come to £50,436. Each one grows as players stake on the game and resets to a lower starting figure once it is won.

Red Tiger adds 187 games to the list under the label daily jackpots. A daily jackpot has a deadline: it must be paid out before a fixed time each day, so the chance of it dropping rises as that time gets closer.

Live dealer tables

The Live key on the home screen and the Live chip in the Casino tab lead to the same room. Evolution supplies 412 live games, and Pragmatic Play adds its own live studio to its slots. Tables are streamed from studios with real dealers, and bets are placed on screen.

Mega Wheel Live shows an RTP of 97.3%, the highest figure on any tile in the lobby. It is a money wheel game show hosted by a live presenter, and it sits in the Live filter rather than among the slots.

Evolution's 412 live titles make up about 8.6% of the full catalogue, or roughly one game in twelve. Pragmatic Play is the only studio in the provider list tagged for both slots and live tables, so its 688 titles are split between the two rooms.

Live games suit cash play better than bonus play. Under the bonus terms, live roulette and live blackjack count 10% toward wagering and game shows count nothing, so the offers page explains how to clear a bonus on slots first.

Football, racing, tennis and rugby

Kentastic sportsbook on a phone with tabs for Football, Racing, Tennis and Rugby, Premier League matches Arsenal v Liverpool and Man City v Newcastle with fractional odds, a Today's racing list for Ascot, Cheltenham and Doncaster and a bet slip with a 10 pound stake returning 18 pounds

The sportsbook uses the same balance and the same Deposit button as the casino. Four sport tabs run across the top: Football, Racing, Tennis and Rugby. Prices are shown in fractional odds, the format most British punters grew up with.

The Premier League Today section lists each match with the stadium and kick off time, the two teams and three prices for home, draw and away.

Under the football sits Today's racing, with the off time, the course, a runner and its price for each race.

Tap a price and it drops into the bet slip at the bottom of the screen. The example slip holds one selection, Arsenal to win at 4/5, with a £10.00 stake, returns of £18.00 and a gold Place Bet button. A Clear link empties the slip.

Working out returns from fractional odds

A fractional price tells you the profit against the stake. At 4/5 you win £4 for every £5 staked, so a £10 bet makes £8 profit and returns £18 with the stake. The same sum works for every price on the board.

Man City v Newcastle draw10/3£33.33£43.33
Liverpool or Golden Fleece7/2£35.00£45.00
Newcastle5/1£50.00£60.00

A price can also be read as a chance. Divide the right hand number by the sum of both numbers: 4/5 becomes 5 divided by 9, or 55.6%. For Arsenal v Liverpool the three prices imply 55.6%, 26.7% and 22.2%, which add up to 104.4%. The 4.4 points above 100 are the bookmaker margin. The Man City v Newcastle prices of 1/2, 10/3 and 5/1 imply 66.7%, 23.1% and 16.7%, a total of 106.4%.

Short prices such as 1/2 return less than the stake in profit, which is why they suit accumulators more than singles. Acca insurance on the offers page refunds a stake of up to £25 when one leg of a five fold or bigger fails, provided every leg is priced at 2/5 or longer.

Three races, three prices

The racing card shown runs across 70 minutes, from the 14:30 at Ascot to the 15:40 at Doncaster, with the 15:05 at Cheltenham between them. The Racing key on the home screen opens the same card.

A £5 win bet on each of the three listed runners costs £15 in total. If Wool Runner wins at 5/2 that bet returns £17.50. Golden Fleece at 7/2 would return £22.50, and Kenny's Dream at 9/4 would return £16.25. Any one winner covers the full £15 outlay, and two winners would bring back between £33.75 and £40.

Horse racing prices move before the off as money comes in, so the figure in your bet slip when you tap Place Bet is the one that counts.

At the £5 bet ceiling that applies while a bonus is active, the full £17,500 target takes at least 3,500 spins, and far more at a typical stake. The 100 free spins are worth £0.10 each, so they add £10 of stake value. Full rules, including the 7 day window, are on the offers page.

Paying in and cashing out

The cashier accepts Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Trustly and Paysafecard. Most have a £10 minimum, and Trustly starts at £20. Kentastic charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals, and winnings are paid back to the method you deposited with.

PayPal and Trustly withdrawals are marked Instant. Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Apple Pay are listed at 1 to 3 hours once your account is verified. Paysafecard is for deposits only, so a Paysafecard player needs a second method to withdraw. Credit cards are not accepted, in line with the ban on credit card gambling in Great Britain since April 2020.

Limits, reality checks and self exclusion

Every tool is in the Account area. You can set a deposit limit per day, week or month, and a lower limit takes effect at once. Reality checks show a reminder of how long you have been playing. A time out pauses the account for a set period, and self exclusion closes it for longer.

Reality checks and deposit limits work across the whole account, so the same cap covers the casino, the live tables and the sportsbook. Because the wallet is shared, a limit set once applies to every part of the site and there is no second balance to track.

Kentastic checks your age and identity under UK law before you can play, and the footer links to GamStop, the national self exclusion scheme. If play stops being fun, talk to someone: BeGambleAware.org gives advice online, and the National Gambling Helpline answers on 0808 8020 133 at any hour.
